After the Second Lebanon War in 2006, the need for bomb shelter renovations became a matter of urgency. Tikvat Am Yisrael renovated its first bomb shelter in 2007. Since then, over 100 bomb shelters have been renovated along the northern border, affecting and ultimately protecting the lives of over 10,000 Israeli civilians.
There remain thousands of bomb shelters in need of renovation. With your help, we can continue to make a difference.
